What is your return policy?

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and include the receipt or proof of purchase.

How do I start a return?

To start a return, contact us at cs.center0604@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

What items cannot be returned?

We cannot accept returns on perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, sale items, or gift cards.

What are your estimated shipping times?

Estimated shipping times are 3 to 8 business days for the USA and 3 to 12 business days for the rest of the world. These times do not include weekends or public holidays.

How long does it take to process an order?

Orders generally take 4-6 business days to be fully processed before shipping. Processing time is separate from shipping time and may take longer during busy periods.
